Shipping policy

- Delivery dates will be determined based on delivery mode chosen upon placing your order. Please note that those dates are estimated dates that can vary according to shipping companies’ backlog.

- All orders are processed on average within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. (Any delays that are caused by the shipping company aren't under our responsibility) 

- Once your order has been out of delivery, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. 

- Unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as government regulations, weather conditions, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may contact you for a rescheduled delivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts or address changes after dispatch.
