- Once ordered are made & paid, you cannot cancel it as its automatically sent to our printing automated machine -- you confirm that by placing your order & accepting before ordering.

- All orders can be refunded within 7 days (only if they are damaged or have an error)

- Cancellations or order return are to be requested through our email Support@picskis.com

- Delivery fees apply on cancelled or returned orders.

- Values for returned or cancelled orders will be done through the same way of purchase.

-The refund will be processed in seven days from receiving the cancellation or request original refunded product. Noting that it varies according to issuer policy when will that amount be reflected in the card holder balance.
